Catalyst is fully managed: Dapr runtime, durable execution, and agent runners are handled by Diagrid, reducing cluster management. For air-gapped environments, Catalyst can deploy to your infrastructure with managed control planes. Temporal gives more control but higher operational burden; Catalyst prioritizes operational simplicity.
