Dapr in Production

What is the architectural difference between Dapr, Conductor, and Catalyst?

Dapr is an open-source runtime with building blocks for distributed apps. Diagrid Conductor is a managed version of Dapr, handling sidecars and operations. Catalyst is a managed platform that extends Dapr with agentic durable execution, framework-agnostic runners, and MCP policy. Conductor runs Dapr; Catalyst runs Dapr plus agent-specific layers.
