How does Catalyst ensure exactly-once execution for Dapr Workflow activities?
Catalyst provides durable execution guarantees through Dapr Workflow's replay mechanism, but exactly-once for external side effects still requires idempotency in your activity code. Catalyst adds verifiable execution logs and workload identity to help you implement idempotency keys and reconciliation logic more easily. It does not automatically make external API calls exactly-once; you must design activities to be idempotent.
