Temporal Comparison
What security differences exist between Temporal and Diagrid Catalyst for enterprise deployments?
Temporal provides role-based access control (RBAC) and encryption in its cloud offering, but security is largely your responsibility in self-hosted setups. Catalyst adds workload identity and MCP tool authorization and policy as built-in features, enabling fine-grained control over AI agent tool access. Both support encryption, but Catalyst's identity model is designed for multi-framework agent environments from cloud to air-gapped.
