Temporal Comparison

How does Catalyst handle agent state persistence differently from Temporal for non-deterministic frameworks?

Temporal's workflow engine assumes deterministic replay, which can break with non-deterministic agent frameworks that use random sampling or external API calls. Catalyst persists agent state at the runner level, capturing checkpoints without requiring deterministic replay. This allows non-deterministic agent frameworks to recover from failures while maintaining execution history, avoiding replay conflicts.
