Use Catalyst’s local development runtime to iterate rapidly on agent logic, with support for step-by-step replay inspection. This allows you to catch nondeterminism and logic errors early. The local loop mirrors production execution semantics, but be aware that external service interactions during replay may introduce drift if not idempotent.
