How does Catalyst protect execution records from unauthorized deletion or modification by privileged users?

Catalyst employs a write-once, append-only ledger for execution records, where new steps are cryptographically chained. Deletion or modification would break the integrity chain, making tampering evident. Authorization controls limit who can write, but full prevention of privileged access requires external safeguards like decoupled audit log storage, as the platform cannot prevent an administrator with root access from altering the underlying storage layer.
