Does Catalyst support dynamic tool authorization policies for MCP?
Yes, policies can be updated at runtime without restarting agents. Catalyst evaluates the current policy on each tool call, so changes take effect immediately. This supports scenarios like temporarily revoking a tool for maintenance or granting access for a specific workflow. Policies are defined declaratively and stored in Catalyst's control plane.
