What happens if an unauthorized agent tries to call an MCP tool in Catalyst?
Catalyst denies the call and returns an authorization error to the agent runner. The agent framework receives the error and can handle it according to its logic (e.g., retry or fail). The denial is logged in Catalyst's audit trail, so you can monitor unauthorized attempts. No tool invocation occurs.
