A suitable initial workflow for migration is a low-risk, non-critical production workflow with clear success metrics. Start by auditing your existing workflows to pick one with limited cross-team dependencies, where failures are unlikely to disrupt core business operations, and where you can easily compare pre and post migration results. Avoid workflows with extremely tight real-time latency constraints as initial candidates.
