Enterprise support for Dapr
Direct access to the engineers who created Dapr. Get to production faster, ship new features without downtime, and stop losing sprints to runtime debugging.
A partner at every stage of your Dapr journey
Whether you are still proving the architecture, racing to a launch date, or running Dapr in production, Diagrid can help at every stage.
Proof of value
Prove Dapr fits your architecture in weeks, not quarters. We build a working POV alongside your engineers and train them on patterns that scale.
Development
Architectural guidance and design reviews that stop early decisions from becoming rework. Answers in hours, not open issues.
Production
Ship features and run upgrades without maintenance windows. Regular audits surface problems before your customers do.
Mixed environments
Support scoped per team, so each gets the right level of engagement whether it is evaluating or running in production.
An extension of your engineering team
Diagrid's customer success team is staffed by Dapr maintainers and contributors. When your team opens a ticket, it goes to people who have read the code path in question and in many cases wrote it.
- Cut weeks to months off your time to production by not rediscovering what is already known.
- Architecture reviews that catch problems while they are still cheap to fix.
- A direct line to Dapr experts when something breaks at an inconvenient hour.
- Your requirements carried upstream and prioritized into open source Dapr, so you never maintain a fork.
Support that scales with your risk
Three plans, ranging from break-fix coverage for teams in development through to 24x7 response with prioritized upstream features for teams running mission critical applications.

- 4-hour Sev1 response during business hours
- Critical (Sev1) security updates
- Unlimited support calls
- 10 hours of onboarding
- Every-other-month check-in

- Training sessions and hands-on workshops tailored to your team
- Critical and non-critical CVE tracking, plus security audits
- Monthly check-in
Premium
24x7 support for mission critical production.

What teams get out of it
Five things customers came to us for, and what happened.
Getting a critical product live on schedule
HDFC Bank was taking an e-pricing product into production. Several critical issues surfaced late in the process with little warning, and the rollout went ahead on schedule.
“Thanks for the exemplary support provided during this journey. Your timely interventions and solutions to critical issues have been a contributing factor in this successful rollout.”
Upgrading production systems that cannot go down
Avelo Airlines needed to move its core booking system from Dapr 1.8 to 1.15, seven minor versions in one jump, on a live system. The upgrade ran after hours with Diagrid engineers on the call.
“Your support made this possible for us, and we're really grateful for your continued partnership.”
Sustained engineering partnership on hard problems
FICO has worked with the Diagrid team across more than 200 hours of engineering engagement on high-complexity use cases. The relationship functions as a shared engineering effort rather than a ticket queue.
“Your help and valuable suggestions have been greatly appreciated.”
Cutting the learning curve for teams new to Dapr
A large staffing organization came to Dapr with no prior experience and needed to onboard onto workflows quickly.
“With Diagrid's help, I saved easily two weeks of time reading documentation and debugging Dapr workflows.”
Diagrid's enterprise support for open source Dapr
The strategic importance of the platform prompted adoption of Diagrid's enterprise support to address concerns about issue resolution turnaround. The team benefited from access to Diagrid's core Dapr maintainers, prioritized issue resolution, and complementary support from the Discord and GitHub communities.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from community support?+
Community support is best effort from volunteers on their own schedule. Diagrid support carries a contractual response time, a named team, and a dedicated Slack channel. On the Premium plan, that includes a 1-hour Sev1 response at any hour.
What is D3E?+
Diagrid Dapr Distribution for Enterprise (D3E) is Diagrid's hardened build of Dapr, with extended version support and enterprise security requirements addressed. D3E support is included with the Premium plan.
Which clouds and platforms do you cover?+
All clouds. Support covers Dapr OSS running anywhere you run it, including self-managed Kubernetes, managed Kubernetes across the major providers, and on-premises deployments.
Do you support modified Dapr?+
No. Support covers unmodified Dapr within the supported version window. Alpha and beta APIs and SDKs are also outside scope.
What counts as a Sev1?+
A critical issue such as a production outage or a complete loss of a core capability. Sev2 covers high-impact issues where key functions are down, Sev3 covers non-critical defects, and Sev4 covers questions and guidance requests.
Can we change plans later?+
Yes. Teams commonly start on Standard during development and move to Premium ahead of a production launch date.
What happens in onboarding?+
Ten hours of structured time with the Diagrid team, on every plan, covering your architecture, your deployment target, and the specific Dapr building blocks you are using.
