How do I plan a rollback for my Catalyst migration?
Build a clear rollback plan before starting your migration to reverse changes quickly if issues arise. Document rollback triggers like elevated error rates or unexpected workflow behavior, and set up reverse routing to send traffic back to your original engine. Test the rollback process with non-production workloads first to validate steps. Keep in mind that durable execution does not offer guaranteed exactly-once delivery, so account for duplicate work during rollback operations.
