Build Dapr resiliency policies without writing YAML by hand

Resiliency policies are how Dapr applications handle failure. Timeouts, retries, circuit breakers. The configuration lives in YAML, and writing that YAML correctly is finicky work.

The Resiliency Builder in the Diagrid Dev Dashboard replaces the YAML with a guided flow. Define your policies, override the built-in Dapr ones if you need to, choose where they apply (apps, components, or actors), and export a clean YAML file when you're done.
